We turn that into a clear design: the service, the processes, the decisions, set down so plainly your colleagues can see it and fund it. Then we build it — a real, working prototype, not slides — prove it with the people who’ll use it, and hand it over with a roadmap for what comes next.

We’ve worked inside secure environments and built security-sensitive products, so handling sensitive information and working across boundaries is familiar ground. We can sit with your people and draw out how the work really happens, we’ve got the strategic and commercial judgement to design the right thing, and the deep technical and AI skill to build it for real — all in one team.
Your own people could do much of this, but they’ve already got a service to run, and this is focused work that’s hard to deliver at pace on top of the day job. A big consultancy has the capacity, but they’re expensive, the people who win the work aren’t usually the ones who do it, and you rarely get one team that can do the human, the strategic and the technical. Your sensitive data never leaves an approved environment. We work either with your own approved enterprise AI inside your boundary (for example, Claude via Copilot), or with open-weight models — DeepSeek, Qwen, Gemma — that we run locally on our own controlled hardware. Either way, the boundary holds.
What this is (and isn’t)
We take you to a real, working service you own and can keep running — usable up to a defined scale, with a roadmap for the rest. We’re not a full delivery house, not staff augmentation, not an enterprise SI. We get you the working thing, then leave you in command of it.

£600 per person, per day, plus VAT, outside IR35 or via DOS7. Defined pieces of work can be scoped to a fixed fee, agreed up front.
